Leos was created to help engineers, developers, and product professionals enter the crypto ecosystem through a more accessible and engaging educational experience.
The challenge was not only educational, but motivational. Traditional online learning platforms often struggle with retention and engagement, especially when teaching highly technical subjects such as blockchain and crypto technologies.
Leos needed a platform capable of simplifying access to crypto education while creating stronger incentives for users to complete courses, gain certifications, and remain engaged over time.
At the same time, the product needed to integrate blockchain technologies and token-based rewards in a way that felt intuitive, valuable, and operationally scalable.
Our process
Combining gamification, blockchain rewards, and digital learning into a scalable educational platform.
We worked closely with the Leos team to define the product strategy, learning experience, and reward mechanics behind the platform.
Through research and collaborative planning sessions, we identified user motivation and retention as key challenges within online learning environments. Based on these insights, the platform was designed around a “learn-to-earn” model where users receive cryptocurrency rewards for completing courses and obtaining certifications.
The experience combines theoretical content, practical learning, gamified progression systems, and blockchain integrations to create a more engaging educational journey.
From a technical perspective, we designed the platform architecture and user experience around seamless wallet integrations, token rewards, certification systems, and support for multiple blockchain ecosystems.
The goal was to create a learning platform that feels accessible to newcomers while remaining technically credible for crypto-native users.
