Hirelogic was created around a clear idea: helping companies make better hiring decisions through structured interviews and objective data. The product was based on a proven recruiting methodology already used by leading staffing firms, but the challenge was turning that approach into a scalable digital platform.
The experience needed to support interviewers in real time without disrupting human interaction. At the same time, the platform had to combine qualitative insights, candidate evaluation, analytics, and cultural fit into a single experience capable of supporting faster and more informed hiring decisions.
Our process
Designing a real-time interview assistant built around structured workflows, analytics, and human interaction.
We worked closely with Hirelogic’s team to define, prototype, and validate the product experience from the ground up. Through extensive testing sessions with HR professionals and recruiters, we explored how interviewers interact with information during live conversations and what data is truly useful in decision-making moments.
This led to the design of a highly structured interview experience capable of combining note-taking, guided interview flows, real-time prompts, and candidate insights without interrupting the conversation itself.
Beyond the interview flow, we also designed deeper candidate evaluation systems, allowing recruiters to compare experience, skills, personality traits, sentiment analysis, cultural fit, and structured feedback within a unified platform experience.
At the same time, we created a scalable design system capable of supporting the product’s long-term growth across additional hiring and applicant management workflows.
